It is a ponytail hair piece, you shouldn’t be able to get your hair to do this naturally lol
If you want to try though then curl it before you tie it up, but not in ringlet curls, use rollers or a wave tong. You need to get your ponytail as high as possible, right on the crown of your head.
Ultimately though I think you need to invest in a good quality hair piece!
