I’ve listen to several videos on youtube (just for the song) and I’ve noticed that one of them is a bit different.

In only this video, ‘es junto a ti’ is repeated. And, to tell you the truth, that’s my favorite part. It’s not any other music videos though and I’m confused. Are there two different versions???
I watched the video link you posted and I searched for other videos and I found a video, and it looks like an official video from the artists. It repeats the verse “es junto a ti” also. It is possible that the other songs you listened to were just a different version of the song. Sometimes artists change it up a bit when there are spaces in the songs… Just to add a bit of interest and originality.
