Need major help in dancing bachata and finding the beat?
I need to learn how to dance Bachata for my friends debut which is in June. I have some major problems that need to be fixed. First off, I can’t find the beat. It is not only in bachata but for a lot of music. Second, my sister has been teaching me bachata but I have the problem in which I can’t move my hips and I look really stiff.
The song that we are going to be dancing to is “Todo por tu amor” by Xtreme. I know it’s a fast song which is why I’m going to start off with a slow song first to get the hang of it. We don’t want to make the dancing look so sexual so we are going to be just holding hands instead of being so close together. We also need to learn some turns and spins to make the dancing look better.
