On youtube, did VEVO restrict Canada from viewing thier videos?

On youtube, has VEVO stopped Canada from viewing the videos on their channel?
I just went on youtube and went to VEVO. I tried watching a music video but it said something like “sorry, vevo has been restricted in your country based on copyright reasons.” I live in Canada.
For some reason VEVO has blocked some music from being viewed in different countries. It is the same in England, only with a few songs though not sure how bad it is in Canada.
