How do I find the right wedding dress I’m looking for?

http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=staind+-+epiphany&hl=en) and I’ve been all over the internet trying to find one like it, but I’m having NO luck, probably because it’s black. How do I find a similar dress to the one I saw? Is there a way I can find the designer?
I haven’t seen the dress; however, I would get a picture and see if a local seamstress can make it.
When I was looking for my wedding gown, I tried on at least 100 till I found the one I fell in love with. Even then, you usually need alterations. I think if this is the one you want, have it made.
