Music Videos Pod
I just got a 80gb I pod and I installed it and how do I get music, videos on it?
I installed i tunes like it said but it keeps saying error i tunes is now closing and it doesn’t even open and also it downloaded quick time player but when I click it, it never pops up. Its so fustrating!

Lets first figure out what exactly the error is. To do so, click on ‘Start’ in windows, ‘Control Panel’ -> ‘Administrative Tools’ -> ‘Event Viewer’, when this opens up click on Application and go down the error list until you find the itunes error. Double click it and now you should know the error. Go to the itunes website: www.apple.com/itunes and go to help and errors, search for your error and see what it says. Usually you could do a google search such as “itunes error 205″ and come up with results. If this fails or the error is not listed, uninstall itunes, download it again from apple and install it again. You can also do the same with quicktime, because to me it seems that it was an improper installation that was not your fault.
