Music Videos Objectify Women

Are women being objectified by the media and society?

I mean, we all watch T.v right?

We’ve seen the commercials.
The hip hop music videos.
The scantilly clad women used to sell perfume and what have you.

Is this right? Is this what you call equality?

Also, the existence of porn, which is usually geared towards men’s desires, isn’t that alarming? What about strip clubs?

Some women are contributing to this problem.

How can you not expect perverts to lash out at women if society send them such a clear message that women are meant to be used as objects.

t.v. itself is a bigger problem than the half naked women on it. i personally like to look at hot looking half naked women, or fully naked for that manner, but i refuse to turn a television on because i just sit there watching a screen, thinking the same things everyone watching the program is thinking, like some kind of zombie. if your problem is the media, perhaps you should “strip the wire, wrap it arround a metal spike and plug it in to the wall again so you can watch it explode”, as steven king once put it.
