How do I put music or videos on the mytouch phone from t-mobile?
i connected it to the computer and it recognizes it but when i go to “my computer” and click on mobile device there is nothing in it.
and dragging the music files in it doesn’t do anything.
there is no manual that says how..
Do you have a microSD card in it? that’s where you’re going to be putting the media, so you need one of those before you can put anything on there. They usually come with one installed. the card slot is under the back cover along the side.
Have the myTouch turned on. Have the Computer Turned on. Plug it into your computer. On the myTouch drag down the notification bar, select USB Connected, and press ‘mount’.
