Does the new YouTube music rights agreement mean people can create and upload their videos using any song?
or does it simply mean that YouTube have permission to show official music videos?
The agreement is complicated, with all that lawyer stuff.
What it means is that they will still give the posters a hard time, but Youtube won’t get into any trouble.
It will never get spelled out into plain English for all the users to understand.
