If you use the SAMPLE MUSIC files from Windows 7 to a YouTube video, is that violation of the copyright policy?
YouTube’s copyright policy is killing me!
Can you use those mp3′s already on your PC like Kalimba.mp3 Sleep Away .mp3?
No. Not unless you own the rights to the lyrics and the music composition.
If you are talking free tracks that came with your computer that does not mean they are free to be distributed to anyone. Someone somewhere paid to have them on your hard drive, most likely the computer manufacturer or Microsoft etc.
