Music Videos Apple Tv
How do I get my Apple TV to get the right video for my SDTV’s resolution?
out of all the resolution options, 480i and 576i 50hz are the only ones to work.
If I select one, I’m taken to a screen that lets me either Restart, Run Diagnostic, or go to Factory Default. Running diagnostics with either resolution works, and the Apple TV finds no problems.
The only option then is to restart, and when I do, I hear the opening music but the video is all static-y.
WHAT DO I DO??!?!??!?!??!?!

It sounds like you may have a bad unit. Check the Apple TV forum over at ilounge.com They may have some suggestions.
