What was the first celebrity death,movie.singer or television that made you cry?
I was 21 when John Lennon was murdered and I was in New York at the time and had met him only a week before,I was already a Beatles fan and had started listening to alot of their individual music,I cried so much when John was killed and attended a vigil in Central Park,it is now called Strawberry Fields in that section,I still get sad when I think of the loss of John Lennon.
P.s. It always cuts the question,it is supposed to say singer and television star or actor!!!!
Had to be John Lennon too since I grew up in the 60′s
I think it changed all of us. .
When you listen to his music , think how great it was. And you had met him too which is even better. He was probably down to earth just like George Harrison was I would think
