Please help me with the name of this song?!?!?!?

Ok it’s from like 2007 or 2008 and it’s music like blue October and hinder but I don’t think it’s by either of them. I remember it was on MTV many times. it’s something about time I’m almost 100% sure the word “time” is in the title

and I remember the music video is like a guy and he’s inside of a house or studio or something that’s about to be set up for a photo shoot and weird ppl are running around
