Going CRAZY trying to name a music video! Please Help!?
The video was out, I believe, in 2000-2001(?)…the song did not have many lyrics. The video was an african-american man in a business suit who is break dancing in front of a diner (or some such business, on a city street, anyway), during the video he becomes a teenager (still dancing)…towards the end of the video one of the bystanders watching him dance explains to another that he used to dance in this place all the time in the past and something about how he lost his girl and now he still comes to this particular place every week to dance. My husband and I cannot remember for the LIFE of us the title and/or band that did this video…it was a top-ten video for quite a few weeks at the time, someone has got to remember!! I gave myself a headache (literally! duh!) this afternoon searching archives of MTV and VH1 with no luck so far…does this sound familiar to anyone? Or are my husband & I just having a joint breakdown or something??
