have my itunes and all my music files stored on it
have photoshop working at a good pace
have word etc working on it
is it a good quality laptop?
would you buy this laptop? why/why not?

So, yes, this laptop will do everything you listed there.
Is it a good laptop? It is, as it says… a Mid-range laptop. You would do better with Toshiba for that price… but if you treat any laptop well, you will get 3 to 5 years out of it.
