Where can I find electronic music?
I don’t mean electronica or rave. I mean symphonic type stuff like jean michel jarre.
I need legal free mp3 please for video productions.

Try AKM Music (www.akmmusic.co.uk). There are lots of companies who do this sort of thing, but this is the only one I’ve used.
You have to pay for the tracks, but they’re relatively cheap, and you can listen to a lo-fi preview to see if they’re suitable. Once you’ve paid, you can use the tracks in as many videos as you like without having to pay anything more or fill in any clearance forms. You can edit and remix the tracks. You don’t have to credit AKM, though they appreciate it. About all you can’t do is claim you wrote the tracks, or redistribute them on their own, rather than as part of your video soundtrack.

EDIT: You could try searching for music that’s Creative Commons licensed. It’s a scheme where the creator allows people to use and reuse stuff that they’ve created, as long as the user abides by certain conditions. Have a look at creativecommons.org for more details of what it’s about.
People who release media under a CC license can tag it to say it’s CC-licensed, and search engines can find this information. Google has it under “advanced options”, then “usage rights”.
