Using appsync and transfering cracked apps to computer from jailbroken ipod touch?
So I recently purchased a jail broken ipod off of craigslist.
It works fine but without restoring or syncing my ipod, since I don’t want to loose the music on the ipod just yet, how can I sync my cracked apps to itunes/computer?
I installed app sync but it doesn’t seem to work and whenever I go to itunes and try to Transfer purchases that doesn’t work either. I can’t find a detailed instruction guide on how to use app sync and the videos don’t help me much either.
I have a windows computer.
I have version 3.1.2
I have Cydia, with hackulous, winter board, rock, and intallulous.
Also; I would like to do this with only free online downloading or some sort of Cydia type app installment.
The one listed doesn’t fix it.
It still won’t sync to my computer.
Does it have to be downloaded on my computer?

I always transfer my iPod files to my PC to backup iPod files.
