Free Music Headers
How do you get to the free songs on iTunes?
My music teacher told me once, but I forgot. Which header is it under in the iTunes store? Thanks.
Yeah… I didn’t mean that. I mean that there is a button on the iTunes Store that links you to free songs that are //given out by iTunes//. They come out with them every Tuesday. Like, one time there was a song from U2… you have to click on something in the iTunes Store, and I forgot what.
If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page that the store opens to when it launches there is a section called “Free On iTunes”. The songs should be in there. Occasionally I’ve found that they don’t get added to that section right away on Tuesdays, but right in the center of the screen when your first launch the store there’s usually a little ad for the Single Of The Week (upper right corner will be yellow and will say free). Eventually they will show up in the Free On iTunes section.
On a side note, Amazon.com’s Digital Music Store has tons of free tracks on it – 500+ at any given time so that’s another great place to look for legal free music.
