Urgent! I’m bidding for an xbox 360 on ebay and i need help…?
The premium console is about 30-40 pounds more expensive on the auctions than the core or arcade one. I’m not going to download any movies or shows or music or anything, but it would be good to download some demos of games so I can get an idea of what to buy?
Are these demo downloads free? And is there anyway I can download them onto an arcade console?
And what demos are available? If its only a couple of games, then I won’t bother and my question is answered. But if its a good catalogue (e.g. halo 3 demo, dirt demo, gears of war demo, mass effect demo etc.) then …

Keeping in mind that I am tight on budget (hence the ebay bid), and I know I sound confused (which I am), and which is where you can help).

You will not be able to download any demos to an Arcade Console since it does not have a Hard Drive for the demos to save to. Demos are pretty big. Go for the Premium or consider buying a Hard Drive for it.
Another thing you should consider when buying an Xbox 360 online. Check that the Xbox warranty is not broken. If you don’t know ASK. Check that the Console is not banned on Xbox Live… If you don’t know ASK.
There are many other things to consider. I would recommend saving until you have enough to buy a new console or buy from someone you know.
You don’t also want to buy a used console since it may be close to geting the RRoD [Red Ring of Death] or may have freezing problems.
Consider these things.
