Should we go with Yahoo! sitebuilder since it’s free…do you recommend or not/any recommendations?
Is there anything one can do to help people with different internet speeds (mainly, slower than cable, etc) download video & music from a website?
The problem is-friends and I would like to build a website that makes it possible for people to download moderately/fast-like it is possible to do from most professionally designed websites…do we need to install a certain software like Dreamweaver or Fusion since it has ‘flash’ capabilities???
