How long will it take to make this hypothetical web site?
I have all my images, the window you just want to connect these images to create a web page. I like light boxes, a comment section and a music player (so I can upload my own music) How long will it take to learn all the code, is there an easier way (and possibly free) way to do it, others pay a programmer css / HTML / php etc. thousdand some money? If you were able to figure that all-how long will it take to learn / do? Are there better resources I should know? Thanks For any suggestions or input
