Small town with suckish hotels within 10 miles, gotta travel about 40 mi to get to the good ones
Mall is small and typical, Hollister, AE, Aero, no Abercrombie.
Several beaches nearby
Girl turning 12 is sort of girly but loves skiing, all colors, shopping, shooting, music, violin, bike riding, etc.
There’s a pool in the backyard but it has no opening plans this summer, we can’t keep it up and its too much $.
About a medium sized house, but it would be too loud for anyone to sleep because the noise carries so well.
An open house was considered with catering but we wouldn’t know who would show up and when.
Any ideas are appreciated. Also we’ve had parties where NOBODY has come in the past, i.e. 11 girls invited, 4 came, 4 girls invited, 2 didn’t RSVP, one was gone, another made a lame excuse……
A camp-out might be the best option.
SOME make cakes with rice flour.
Some no-bake cookies might be an alternative to cake, being just oats, sugar and cocoa
