Making Music Video help?
Is there any free software you can download. I want tobasically make cartoon videos along to my music, ie. I suppose like “Gorillaz” (but to less skill lol) No but, just a programme where you can make any music video…
Otherwise, Is a green screen the only hope I have?

In the PC world, you have “Movie Maker” a free software that should be pre-loaded if you have Windows OS on your computer.
In the Apple world (even better, IMHO) is the iMovie and iDVD software.
Again, pre-loaded on every Macintosh computer.
As for the “green screen” you are asking about…I suppose you might be talking about the chromakey effect, where you videotape (or film) someone standing in front of a large colored sheet (or screen or wall) painted green (or some other chroma-friendly color) and where you later can super-impose images behind that someone.
Is that right?
If so, then you’ll need to buy video editing software that has that plug-in effect.
