How do I use free font downloads for more than personal use?
I’m going to be designing posters for a local music venue. The problem I’m encountering is that I need more than the basic fonts on a computer to complete these posters. Most free font downloads are for ‘personal use only’ so what measures do I need to take to download and use the fonts correctly/legally?
one option is http://www.dafont.com/ . Choose your font type. Click on more options and filter it by checking the free box. There are other that are free for personal use. Some you can donate. Other you can buy for commercial use etc.
