will installing vlc auto uninstall WMP 11?
I get error code “wmp has detected an error and must shut down” or it just freezes up (the cursor too) after approx 25 min or so of playing a dvd. Have codec (free download) installed, installed registry and ran a sweep, ckd dvds and disc drive for dust and cleaned, deleted temp files and cookes, uninstalled and reinstalled wmp and STILL no luck! I am a novice at troubleshooting, any suggestions? Don’t want to lose music on wmp to install vlc
if you dont want loose you music move it into a diferent folder or into itunes you can even make your own folder if you want but do it one step at a time move your music uninstall wmp and then install vlc
